What does your average working day consist of?
Every day is different, which is one thing I love about it. After checking my emails and keeping up to date with the latest goings up on social media, I’ll start on my jobs for the day. These can range from designing graphics, discussing plans about tradeshows with our Training and sales Office Manager, looking at new products launches and managing social media and advertising campaigns. I’ll also spend time catching up on events, PR, news, trends, analytics, branding, design, advertising… . as well as managing the website to try and keep it looking fresh.
What has been your proudest moment since working at TBS/HD?

Seeing how far the brand has grown since the time I started is amazing and it just shows it really is the decade of beauty! Since starting, we have won the title of ‘Training Academy of the Year’ twice. So if you haven’t trained with us yet – what are you waiting for?
Preparing for my first trade show with The Beauty School, when so much time and effort went into the design of the stand, so to finally see the finished product, and to see it be so well received, was brilliant. Opening up editorial and seeing what you have been working on is such a great feeling.
What is your go to product from the Make Up by HD Brows range?
My top pick from the range is the Eye & Brow Palette – if I’m creating a full brow to add definition and fill in any gaps, or just for a natural day-to-day look. How do you wear your brows?
I’m constantly obsessing over celebrities with big, bold brows – I have quite dark, bold brows naturally so I love thick and natural looking whilst still groomed and glamorous. I use the Foxy Eye&Brow Palette to add definition and fill in any gaps. For a natural look during the day, I just add a slick of Brow Beater to keep them in place.
